Presentation at the trade fair forum focuses on digitalisation in the MICE business
The German company succevo, one of the market leaders for the digitalisation and automation of event management processes, will present the latest version of its Meetingbox at BOE International in Dortmund in January (Hall 7, Stand B10). Meetingbox will be shown as an integrated solution as well as the three modules Project Workflow Management, Event Management and Mobile Event Apps, which are also available as stand-alone products.

We started a few years ago and now have several installations worldwide – at CWT, Emirates and Käfer, among others.
Meetingbox gives organizers and agencies enormous flexibility in planning, managing and implementing various event formats – based on central data management. In further developing Meetingbox, succevo’s programmers continued to focus on providing users with a fully integrated solution for reducing manual activities to keep different modules synchronized. This makes events simpler and more productive.
The current version 3.1.0 of the Meetingbox has been available for a few weeks now. What this means in detail will be explained by the succevo team at the BOE on January 16 and 17 in Dortmund. In addition, Lucas Franz will give a lecture on „Digitalisation in MICE Business“ with focus on automated processes and their benefits on January 16 at 4 pm. The lecture is open to the public, visitors are very welcome.
