Movecat has introduced an integrated digital operating hours counter for electric chain hoists complying with the D8 and D8 Plus standards. The BSZ-DC is suitable for DC drives with 400-volt AC direct control. An external power source is not required.
The BSZ-DC shows not only the accumulated but also the maximum permissible operating hours, as well as providing information about the remaining useful life. The data is output to a digital display that is legible in daylight – even in stationary mode when the chain hoist is at rest. It is possible to select between various types of use.
