More than 2,000 articles available directly from MOVEcAT eSHOP
Movecat’s new eShop is now online. This makes the ordering of chain and band hoists, as well as winches, controllers and accessories, easier and faster than ever before. In addition, the availability of many products has been significantly improved, so now over 2,000 individual parts and many standard chain hoists can be obtained directly from stock within two to three working days. For all products, customers are given a binding price and delivery time immediately. „We had long promised customers an online shop,“ says Movecat CEO Oliver Nachbauer. „At last, we are in a position to activate it. The planning of the details as well as the actual implementation, including the optimization of the supply chains for a significantly increased availability of the products, cost more time and energy than envisaged, but it was worth it and we are more than satisfied with the result.“
The MOVEcAT eSHOP offers inter alia technical information and data sheets as well as details on useful ancillary products for virtually the entire product portfolio of Movecat. The ordering procedures are very easy: just select the chain hoist you want, along with the hoisting height, chain length, cable and accessories, and you will be given the price and delivery period immediately. „Naturally custom-made equipment, for which a great deal of consultation is necessary, still makes up a large part of our business,“ says Nachbauer. „To that, thankfully, we can now devote considerably more time and provide even more intensive support to our customers with planning and through the provision of special solutions.“
